First-concept deposit policy
Review the first concept before moving forward.
If the first concept is not a fit, notify us before we proceed beyond it. Under the terms, the deposit is then refunded. Once you direct us to proceed beyond the first concept, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Review rounds and the target delivery timeline are defined in your written scope. Client content, feedback, access, and approvals can affect the timeline.
Payment
$900 to start. $2,099 before final launch and handoff.
A $900 deposit gets us started. The remaining $2,099 is due before final launch and handoff, as stated in the agreement.
The full scope - pages, features, copy - is agreed in writing before any work begins, so there are no moving goalposts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately in writing before we touch it.
